The sportive nature of the hotel is given by the boat fishing team "CAVAGLIERI DEL MARE" led by Paolo Volpini, the owner's brother. The team won two world titles and an individual one in 1993, 1994 and 1995.

Our friend, Gianfranco Zola manages fairly well outside the football fields too. Here you can see him catching a gurnard.
